Bárbara Vizmanoes Lamotte

Professor and Researcher at the University of Guadalajara’s Health Sciences Center (CUCS), Mexico. Originally from Barcelona, Spain, she holds a medical degree from the University of Barcelona and a Ph.D. in Nutrition from the Universitat Rovira i Virgili. Her research focuses on nutrition, growth and development, and translational nutrition science, with emphasis on personalized nutrition and public health. She is a Level II member of Mexico’s National System of Researchers (SNI) and a member of the Mexican Academy of Sciences.
