Completed Enteral and Intravenous Nutrition Training (2012) at Juan I. Menchaca Civil Hospital. Certified Diabetes Educator (2009) by Universidad del Valle de México and the Mexican Diabetes Association in Jalisco. Currently, Coordinator of the Bachelor’s Program in Nutrition at the University Center for Health Sciences (2022–present). Also serving as President of the Jalisco Chapter of the Mexican College of Nutritionists (2021–present). Experienced in academic program accreditation and curriculum development for Nutrition programs. Led efforts to secure recognition from the Interinstitutional Commission for the Training of Human Resources in Health (CIFRHS). President of the Degree Committee for the Bachelor’s in Nutrition at the University Center for Health Sciences. Creator of the trimester-based Bachelor’s in Nutrition program at UTEG University Center, recognized by SEJ. Leader of UTEG’s Healthy Institution initiative and of the Comprehensive Lactation Program at UTEG. Founder and Secretary of the nonprofit SANE Nutrition (Health, Food, Nutrition, and Education A.C.).
